Items purchased in our store may be returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be in original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) with original tags attached. All bodywear (shapewear, bras, undies tights, bodysuits), swimwear, accessories and clearance are final sale.
Items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. All bodywear, accessories and clearance are final sale. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shoes must be returned in original packaging with shoebox placed inside a larger packaging box. We do not accept shoes returned with postal stickers on the original shoebox.
Free gifts are non-refundable.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the United States (including United States territories such as Puerto Rico and military bases).
Orders less than $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.
We offer expedited shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and free pick-up-in-store options. You can select your desired method during checkout.
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise and carrier used. Orders are not shipped on federal holidays.
